Noob here, needs help

Recently acquired a Konica C35, the guy at the camera shop redid the light seal for me, and the rear door close ok although not as tight as new probably. I shot a roll of Kodak Gold, no problem at all, looked great. Then I got a roll of Fuji 200 from a random online vendor and took it on a Euro trip, hand checked at all the security checkpoints. I just got the scans back yesterday from a local photography shop. There are spots on some of the photo that I never seen before, are these light leaks? There are also black things on some of the photos. About half of the scans have these issues, others are normal. Should I get my camera looked at or could this be something to do with the film not being installed properly?
